Severe T-Storm Warning (Nothern Cullman County)

This is for 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-sized hail.

So this is a serious enough storm that I'd move to a safe place in your home - away from windows. It's better if you're on the lower floor, especially if you've got trees around. Maybe get in a hallway or something, but away from windows and really wide open spaces if you can. It's better to be in a site-built house rather than a mobile home if you have a choice, even though these are straight-line winds - again especially if you have trees around.

8:40 - The main focus while it is still in effect is going to be this Tornado Warning affecting Dekalb County. Circulations are coming and going in this polygon, and sometimes we've had confirmation, last one was near Section several minutes ago. So anywhere in this warning, please stay in your tornado-safe place until this passes.

And now this has been reissued so I'm going to start a new post for the confirmed tornado warning since the warning was just reissued.
