This is a great example of a strong thunderstorm that is staying under severe limits.
Glad Daryl Herzmann hung in there and finally got his automated weather-alert accounts reinstated on X/Twitter. Because they are even better now than in the old days. Awesome stuff.
5:29 PM Update - The Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been trimmed back so that most of Middle Tennessee is in the clear for today. As the cluster of storms continues to move eastward. Most storms today stayed under severe limits, and there really wasn't even much rain down on the Alabama side.
