Severe T-Storm Warning

Several of these storms have shown weak rotation at times, so I'd go ahead and shelter even though these are more likely to be damaging straight line winds.

2:51 AM - Here are a look at the two Tornado Warnings in Jackson County. The northern one mainly affects Bridgeport.

The southern one is between Stevenson and Shiloh.

2:54 - Besides those in the corner of Northeast Alabama, we have severe thunderstorm warnings for potential of damaging winds and large hail. Some damage has been confirmed in Decatur from these thunderstorms already, trees and power lines blown down, via broadcast media.

From Russellville to Hartselle to Huntsville is under one severe thunderstorm warning polygon.

And then East of Huntsville through Jackson County, Northern Dekalb, into Tennessee up toward Chattanooga, seeing evidence of damaging winds and some hail in these storms.

3:03 AM - Most Tennessee counties have been cleared from the tornado watch now.

Some thunderstorms are moving into Good Hope and Cullman but at this point are well under any kind of severe limits.
