Actually . . . severe damage at Cliff's Farms - Balch Road.
So yeah, the tornado emergency was well justified.
Sometimes it just takes a while to get damage reports in.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN JACKSON AND CENTRAL MADISON COUNTIES...
At 651 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Alabama A And M University, or near Huntsville,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and two inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Alabama A And M University, Moores Mill, and Huntsville around 655
PM CDT.
Skyline around 740 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Maysville, Princeton, Estillfork, Pleasant Groves, Trenton, Garth,
Ryland, Hollytree, Brownsboro, and Larkin.
