MADISON...LIMESTONE...EASTERN LAUDERDALE...COLBERT...FRANKLIN...

NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM CDT...


At 402 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 13 miles west of Ardmore to near Belmont.

Movement was east at 40 mph.


HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.


SOURCE...Radar indicated.


IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is

         possible.


Locations impacted include...

Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Florence, Athens, Muscle Shoals,

Russellville, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and Moulton.
